Cookery studio located in Southall (UB2). One-to-one courses available or courses for up to three candidates. Menu can be tailor made as well as length of course depending on menu. Candidate/s learn hands on. Recipe and method sheets for candidate/s to take home together with the food cooked.

Available at The Brilliant Restaurant in Southall. Dipna to cook up to three dishes (tbc) at the table. Guests able to order additional dishes from the menu. Dipna fee and package to be agreed.

At your workplace, in your home, venue of choice or at The Brilliant Restaurant in Southall. Masterclasses available for 5-100 guests. Event management company can be hired to organise set up and ingredients and staffing as required. Bespoke quote available based on requirements and details.
